Kids Speak Out is a speech contest for middle school children.  Teachers work with Optimist Club to have students work on a speech and then the students compete by presenting their speech in front of judges.

The participants will all receive recognition and the winners for the school will receive $50 for First Place, $25 for Second Place and $10 for Third Place.

Contest at John Small School 2016 – April 11.  5 groups will compete and each will receive awards.
